the double garage contains a small pump area for the swimming pool and storage cupboards and shelves.

The garage is painted throughout with waterproof paint on the garage floor.

It would be possible to convert the garage into a small studio , as it does also have a sea view.  There is a water feed close by in the understairs storage area.
