The swimming pool is on the ground floor and offers a stunning sea view as all the rooms in Villa Grace offer. It also has a beautiful mix of green hills and the sea/beach view.
The pool has a telescopic pool-cover which keeps the water warm and in 2024 the water temperature reached 35. It also means no cleaning leaves from the pool

The house is located in a popular district of Balchik, 1800 m from the beach, about 3 km from the centre of the city, 2 km from the Botanic Garden, 2 km from Albena resort, 17 km from Kavarna, 8 km from the golf course area.
Fresh linen can be put in rooms whilst the dirty linen may be cleaned in the Balchik Laundry very quickly. There are also many toys and games for guests as well as a small cot for a baby.
There is a well-stocked grocery store at the end of the road, there are many restaurants in Albena and also Balchik. The nearest beach is 10 10-minute walk (about 1 kilometre) and it is easy to walk along the beach to the Albena resort which takes approx. 25 minutes.
